Adelaides is a unique development of a 19th Century church building in Glasgow city centre by the resident congregation of Adelaide Place Baptist Church who have worshipped there since 1877.
It is now a city centre commercial complex comprising:
- a two star guest house with eight bedrooms;
- a pre-school nursery for children aged 6 weeks – 5 years;
- a multi-purpose auditorium seating 450;
- a small meeting room for up to 15 people.
The church still uses the building for worship, and Adelaides gives us the opportunity to be involved in the city centre community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
